These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Growth Pixel Hub's website and the provision of our website design, development, hosting, SEO, maintenance and related services ("Services"). By engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Growth Pixel Hub provides Starter, Business, Premium and Custom website packages, along with SEO, hosting, maintenance, speed optimization and CRM setup services, as described on our Pricing and Services pages. Exact scope, deliverables and timelines are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds during the design and development phase, as agreed at the start of your project. Additional revisions beyond this may be billed separately.
Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final website design and content transfers to the client, excluding any third-party assets, plugins, stock imagery or licensed software, which remain subject to their own licence terms. Growth Pixel Hub retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback, and any necessary access or credentials required to complete the project. Delays in providing these may affect agreed delivery timelines.
Our Services may involve third-party platforms such as hosting providers, plugins, booking tools or payment processors. Growth Pixel Hub is not responsible for outages, changes or charges arising directly from these third-party services.
Deposits and completed milestone payments are non-refundable once work has begun, reflecting time and resources already committed. If you wish to cancel a project, contact us as early as possible to discuss options.
Growth Pixel Hub will perform Services with reasonable skill and care, but does not guarantee specific business outcomes, such as a particular search engine ranking or volume of leads, as these depend on factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For clients based in the United States or Australia, local consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded will continue to apply where relevant.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
